Gene Hackman's wife Betsy Arakawa reportedly had him on a 'strict diet' in the years before their mysterious deaths this week. The Oscar-winner, 95 — who retired from acting in 2004 — and his spouse, 64, were discovered dead at their $3.3million Santa Fe, New Mexico compound on Wednesday afternoon. The longtime couple's bodies were partially mummified and, according to investigators, they were found in separate rooms inside the home.
