Heather Locklear is 'doing phenomenal' after getting sober following an epic meltdown in 2018 that saw her arrested twice, placed on a psychiatric hold and her home declared a 'hazard' by local first responders. The Melrose Place star, 63, was photographed last week looking remarkably happy and healthy while shopping at a Pavilions grocery store close to her home in Thousand Oaks, California. By her side was one of the two men credited with helping to keep her on the straight and narrow, her sober minder Bryan.
