Everyone went to the Vanity Fair party after the Oscars, of course – and the focus on having a good time was such that everyone was also perfectly happy to ignore the 3.9 magnitude earthquake which hit LA just as the parties were getting going around 10.13pm on Sunday night. The Wallis Annenberg Center, home to the magazine's shindig, shook – but nobody turned a hair. The famous crowd was too busy discussing Demi Moore's ice-cold reaction to not winning the expected Best Actress statue.
