In a TikTok, a driver claimed an organization gave him a $26 parking ticket while buying within the store.
A DRIVER discovered himself embroiled in a parking ticket debacle and refused to pay the advantageous.
In a TikTok, a driver claimed an organization gave him a $26 parking ticket while buying within the store.
"Just received my first parking ticket, not from the town, from a personal company," the TikToking driver, Derek Spartz (@petrolectric), stated in a post.
"This was at a CVS lot I have been to hundreds of occasions."
Spartz filmed the parking ticket, allegedly from an organization referred to as Diamond Parking.
The printed ticket calls for a $26.50 penalty and warns Spartz has 15 days to pay the nice.
"It says [I have] 60 minutes to park while buying at CVS," Spartz added.
"[The ticket] says that I walked off – and that's true, I did walk off – because I had to in an effort to shop inside the CVS."
Spartz then flashed a CVS receipt in front of the digital camera.
He claims he was contained in the pharmacy for ten minutes.
Spartz, a California resident, stated the state doesn't permit personal corporations to levy fines towards drivers.
"We're informed that in some personal parking tons held open to the public, house owners are trying to impose financial sanctions on drivers," the state's Lawyer Basic stated in a 2011 ruling.

Spartz also claims the effective is against the law on the federal degree.
The U.S. Sun reached out to Spartz, CVS, and Diamond Parking for comment on the TikTok allegation.
COMMENT COMPLAINT
Dozens of drivers hopped into the feedback part to point out their help for Spartz.
"'Pay within 15 days' OR WHAT?" one commenter wrote.
The comment has over 7,000 likes.
"They will't truly acquire those," another driver claimed.
"They're just hoping that it sounds threatening enough that you simply pay it. My mother taught me to by no means pay those."
