A six-year-old boy who was found dead in a car in Ireland has been named and pictured for the primary time.
Matthew Healy was found by police inside a car in the Rathmoylan area of Co Waterford within the early hours of yesterday morning.
Officers arrested a lady in her 30s near the scene in Dunmore East shortly after and she or he is being held in custody.
