Ilona Maher's red carpet look at the 2024 Emmys was just as medal-worthy as her performance on the rugby field. The 28-year-old, who led Team USA to bronze in the women's rugby sevens in Paris, wowed as she stepped onto the red carpet at the 76th annual Primetime Emmy Awards. The two-time Olympian oozed old Hollywood glamour in a strapless midnight blue velvet peplum gown from Oscar de la Renta and statement drop earrings.
