Former PSV Eindhoven player Rai Vloet is facing a two-and-a-half year prison sentence for causing the death of a four-year-old boy in a car crash. The 29-year-old - who previously represented the Dutch club in the Champions League - was sentenced last year but later opted to appeal the decision The horrific incident that claimed the life of the young child took place in 2021 and the Public Prosecution Service had called for Vloet to have his initial sentence extended by a further 12 months.
