PC Daniel Burke was seen on CCTV flashing his privates 3 times in a pub on a night out with colleagues.
He even pretended to put his genitals in a pool desk pocket in entrance of different clients.
At one stage, two junior officers warned him about his behaviour at the Boathouse pub in Wylam, near Newcastle.
However word acquired back to bosses at Northumbria Police and he was charged with gross misconduct.
PC Burke, a former RAF officer with three excursions in Afghanistan, had been appearing sergeant for seven months before the incident.
His lawyer Ben Tighe advised the listening to: "It's obvious that what was carried out was a joke. Everyone thought he was hilarious. There was no actual hurt prompted to anybody."
But the panel ruled it was gross misconduct and he was fired.
The pressure's head of Professional Requirements Division, Detective Superintendent Donna Rose, stated: "When somebody falls under the requirements expected and which they made a dedication to uphold we'll take applicable action.
"The overwhelming majority of officers, employees and volunteers at Northumbria Police come to work to make a constructive distinction to individuals's lives.
"We are decided to make sure their efforts usually are not overshadowed by the actions of those who do not share these similar values."
