Barcelona staged a boycott towards Spanish broadcaster Movistar as a consequence of a remark made on-air in the direction of Lamine Yamal during their Champions League win towards Paris Saint-Germain.
The comment was made by former Atletico Madrid assistant, German Burgos, in the course of the warm-up prior to Barca's 3-2 victory in Paris on Wednesday evening.
As Yamal, a 16-year-old born in Barcelona to Moroccan and Equatorial Guinean mother and father, was shown doing keepy-ups on display, one commentator stated, 'take a look at the quality, take a look at the touches', to which Burgos replied, 'if football doesn't work out, he'll end up at a visitors mild'.
Burgos subsequently issued an apology on air for his remark in the direction of the Barcelona winger.
'It was a comment without making an attempt to harm anyone,' Burgos stated.
