"We are a family of 4," a resident named Rosie Snider stated.
"4 of us park. We've got three automobiles and it will be an enormous ache within the neck to tug our automobiles out each time [and] need to ask somebody to tug their automobiles out."
The HOA did not detail what the punishment can be if residents continued to park in their driveways.
