A FATCAT power boss whose firm stated clients ought to hug a pet to remain warm is constructing a spa at his £3.5million residence.
Ovo Energy founder Stephen Fitzpatrick, 46, already has a pool-house and a tennis courtroom.
He stated in planning documents that his new 1,302 sq ft fitness center and spa would "complement the prevailing leisure amenities".
