Little Leo Painter died within the horror smash alongside Claire Adkins, 39, and Courtney Hemming, 26.

All three have been within the Mondeo, with Courtney driving and Claire and Leo passengers.

Courtney and Claire have been pronounced lifeless on the scene regardless of the efforts of emergency providers.

Schoolboy Leo was rushed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital however sadly died a short while later.

Leo's heartbroken mum Gemma, 28, previously paid tribute to her "fantastic little boy" and revealed how he had simply been leaving faculty when tragedy struck.

She stated: "He all the time had a smile on his face and was a bundle of fun. I'm heartbroken that I gained't see him once more."

Leo was in foster care nevertheless it was hoped he would return to reside with Gemma full time by the top of the yr.

Gemma added: "The last time I saw Leo was earlier than Christmas. His birthday was on Christmas Eve so I gave him his presents.

"He liked PAW Patrol and I gave him a pair of pyjamas together with his favorite characters on. He stated he beloved sporting 'Mummy's pyjamas'.

"Leo had been in foster care but the hope was that he would come and stay me again full time by this December.

"I used to be actually enthusiastic about getting my boy back residence."

Gemma discovered the tragic news when she acquired a telephone call final Thursday telling her to go to the hospital.

Leo had just come out of Abigail's Place faculty, which is opposite Spetchley Park Gardens, when the crash happened.

Gemma added: "I used to be advised that Leo had been picked up from faculty by a taxi and was in the automotive with the driving force and his chaperone and was about to go back to his foster household.

"Apparently the automotive was stationary when it was hit by another automotive and it was sent throughout the street into the railings.

"Leo was given superior life help on the scene and was taken to hospital but he died quickly afterwards.

"I'm so numb. I used to be actually wanting ahead to him dwelling with me again."

The 2 men from the BMW 3 collection have been taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.

One suffered life-threatening injuries, whereas the other had probably life-threatening accidents.

A 33-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of causing demise by dangerous driving.

He has additionally been arrested on suspicion of causing dying while uninsured, suspicion of causing critical damage by harmful driving and on suspicion of aggravated car taking.

Chief Inspector Mark Davidson stated: "That is an incredibly unhappy incident.

"Our thoughts are with the household and buddies of the individuals who have sadly died."
