CESC FABREGAS has been tipped to comply with Mikel Arteta and turn into an elite supervisor.

Now former Gunners and Chelsea star Fabregas is Roberts' assistant supervisor at Serie B aspect Como.

Roberts, 58, reversed roles with Fabregas, who's co-owner of Como alongside Henry, when the Welshman was named supervisor in December after the Spanish hero eliminated himself as a consequence of a scarcity of Uefa teaching badges.
