Sci-fi codes have all the time made up core tenets of Ghesquière's imaginative and prescient for the home, and it was pure that they might inform a set that was, in some ways, a summation of his time at Louis Vuitton. Together, it was an excellent mishmash of Ghesquiere's most iconic codes, a true celebration of his avant-garde work at the home. However crucially, it was capable of pay homage, without being backwards-looking. If there's one factor Nicolas Ghesquière is all about, it's the longer term.
