A DAD has informed how his daughter's pal might be "traumatised for life" after watching the eight-year-old fall to her dying from a 60ft tower block balcony.

Minnie Rae Dunn's dad Daniel Kenney revealed she and a pal have been "messing about" on the balcony of a flat in Buckland, Portsmouth, Hampshire.

In response to Daniel, Minnie lived together with his mother and father in Southsea, Portsmouth, and was staying away the evening she died.

Daniel went on to explain the heartbreaking moment he was advised the devastating information by police.

He stated: "Officers knocked on the door and stated that they had some dangerous information. I assumed it was about my mum or dad, or perhaps my brother.

"Then they stated it was Minnie… and that she had fallen off a balcony after an accident and had not made it."

The shocked dad added: "It's been troublesome for me and my mother and father. We're struggling.
