A DAD has advised how his daughter's good friend shall be "traumatised for all times" after watching the eight-year-old fall to her dying from a 60ft tower block balcony.
Minnie Rae Dunn's dad Daniel Kenney revealed she and a pal have been "messing about" on the balcony of a flat in Buckland, Portsmouth, Hampshire.
However as Minnie climbed onto a settee she lost her footing and commenced to fall.
Her terrified good friend reached out a hand to try to pull her again however missed, Daniel revealed.
He stated: "There was a settee on the balcony which Minnie climbed up, after which she fell over the balcony.
"(The woman) tried to grab Minnie's hand to stop her falling but was unable to get it.
"I really feel dangerous for her, she can be traumatised for life."
Minnie tragically died on August 24, 2023, after falling from the Pickwick Home tower block.
Talking just days after cops dropped fees towards a 43-year-old lady who was arrested on suspicion of kid neglect, Daniel stated he nonetheless has "a variety of questions" over his daughter's dying.
Daniel believed the tragic accident might have been prevented and spoke about what a "troublesome job" the police should have had when investigating the circumstances of his daughter's demise.

"Following our enquiries a 43-year-old lady, who was arrested on suspicion of neglect of a child, has been launched without cost and will face no further motion."
Based on Daniel, Minnie lived together with his mother and father in Southsea, Portsmouth, and was staying away the night she died.
Daniel went on to explain the heartbreaking moment he was advised the devastating information by police.
He stated: "Officers knocked on the door and stated that they had some dangerous news. I assumed it was about my mum or dad, or perhaps my brother.
"Then they stated it was Minnie… and that she had fallen off a balcony after an accident and had not made it."
The shocked dad added: "It's been troublesome for me and my mother and father. We're suffering.
"A few of the toxic and misinformed issues individuals say on-line has not helped either.
"I'd wish to make it clear the council is to not blame in any approach either.
"My mother and father did every part for Minnie and determined to take her on and convey her up. They deserve a number of credit.

MEMORIAL BENCH PLANNED
Daniel hopes to see a memorial bench in honour of his daughter and stated: "Nobody will ever overlook Minnie, she was unique".
