A declare that the Manchester Area bombing was staged has been branded 'absurd and fantastical' by a High Court decide.

He continued: 'Whilst acknowledging that issues as to the claimants' presence at the attack and the assault itself are separate and distinct, once the defendant's basic speculation has been rejected, as I've rejected it, it is unrealistic to take care of that the claimants were not there and have been either not severely injured in any respect or acquired their accidents earlier and by a unique mechanism than the bombing.
'Certainly, the latter points are merely preposterous.'

Mr Hibbert added: 'I'm pleased by the courtroom's smart ruling immediately. I consider everyone is entitled to an opinion, nevertheless, there comes some extent where the road is crossed and motion needs to be taken.
'Corridor's views on what happened at the area are repugnant and offensive to those who suffered so badly that evening. When he began to strategy my daughter and her residence as part of these fanciful investigations he went method too far.
'It is unacceptable to convey nervousness and distress to us on this approach and a stand had to be taken. I'm happy that a courtroom saw by way of his ridiculous assertions.'
